Before you order
Who actually ships my order?
The brand ships directly to you. We place the order with them, hold your payment, and only pay them once you confirm the parcel arrived.
What happens if it never arrives?
Open a claim from your order page while we are still holding the payment. If the claim is upheld, the full amount is refunded to your wallet, and you can withdraw it or spend it again.
Do I need to be 21?
Yes. VapeVerified only sells to adults aged 21 or over. You confirm your age when you enter the site and again at checkout, and orders can be cancelled if age cannot be verified.
When is the brand paid?
When you press "I received my order", or automatically 7 days after delivery if you have not opened a claim.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $100 of products per order, before the protection fee. You can mix brands to reach it.
Are the products authentic?
Every brand is reviewed before it can sell, and each brand sells only its own products from its own storefront. If you receive something you believe is counterfeit, open a claim before releasing payment.
Can I order from more than one brand?
Yes. Add products from any brands to one cart. Each brand ships its own items, so you may receive more than one parcel.
How do I pay?
The payment options available are shown at checkout. You can also top up your wallet and pay for orders from your balance.
Where do you ship?
Each brand lists where it ships. Some products cannot be shipped to every state or country because of local rules on nicotine and vape products. See our Shipping Policy.
