How it works

VapeVerified is a marketplace for independent vape brands. Each brand runs its own storefront here, ships its own orders, and is only paid after you confirm your order arrived.

1. Every brand is checked first

Before a brand can list, we review its products, where they are made, any lab reports it publishes, and how it ships and checks age on delivery. Brands that sell counterfeits or ignore age rules are removed.

2. Your payment is held, not handed over

When you check out, you pay VapeVerified, not the brand. We hold the money while the brand packs and ships your order.

3. Confirm delivery, or open a claim

When your parcel arrives and everything is as described, press I received my order in your account and the brand is paid. If it never arrives, is counterfeit, faulty, or not what you ordered, open a claim from the order page before releasing payment. Upheld claims are refunded to your wallet.

4. Adults 21+ only

You confirm you are 21 or older when you enter the site and again at checkout. Brands may ask for ID or an adult signature on delivery. See our Age Policy.
