Shipping Policy

Orders on VapeVerified are shipped directly by the brand that sells them. Delivery times, carriers and shipping costs are shown on each brand’s storefront and at checkout.

Age verification on delivery

Vape and nicotine products are shipped only to adults 21 and over. Brands may require an adult signature or ID check on delivery. Parcels that cannot be delivered for this reason may be returned to the brand.

Where we cannot ship

Some states, countries and carriers restrict the shipment of vape products. If a brand cannot ship to your address, it will not be offered at checkout or the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Late or missing parcels

Your payment stays held until you confirm delivery. If a parcel is late or missing, open a claim from your order page and we will follow it up with the brand.
